      The primary use for this Rostering view is for filling Schedule gaps. This is for managers who want to make scheduling decisions based on high-level staff information such as Roles, Qualifications, and Availability.

      For example, if they want to see a list of the best-suited Staff for the Bar 1 Shift at 12:00 am.
