What are the Schedule Rostering Conflicts?
Availability Conflicts, Qualification Conflicts, Role Conflicts, Shift Conflicts and Opportunity Conflicts.
If a Volunteer is not a perfect match for a specific Shift, Bloomerang Volunteer displays a danger icon in front of their name. This is what called a “Conflict”. There are five different kinds of conflict.
Availability Conflict
If a Volunteer has not selected their availability or has selected their availability and is just not available during that specific shift, they will receive a conflict in front of their name.
Qualifications Conflict
When a Volunteer is missing one of the Qualifications needed for a specific Shift, they will receive a Conflict icon beside their name.
Role Conflict
When a Volunteer is missing one of the Roles needed for a specific Shift, they will receive a Conflict icon beside their name.
Shift Conflict
When a Volunteer is already Scheduled in a Shift happening at the same time, they will receive a Conflict icon beside their name.
Opportunity Conflict
When a Volunteer is Scheduled in another Opportunity during the same time as the currently selected Shift, they will receive a Conflict icon beside their name.
When you are looking for more information about the Conflict, you can do so by clicking on the Conflict Icon. This will pop up a screen with a detailed explanation of all the issues.
