What are the Shift-based Rostering Filters?
Rostering Filters from the Volunteer Tab include Best Matched Shifts, Shifts with Matching Roles, and Shifts with Matching Qualifications.
When Rostering from the Volunteer Tab, there are 3 major Rostering Filters. Click the question mark for more information on the specific filter.
What are the Best Matched Shifts?
Bloomerang Volunteer will check all Qualifications, Roles and availabilities of the Volunteer. If everything is matching a shift, then this shift will be automatically placed as a Best Match. As soon as one conflict is found, the shift is no longer a Best Match.
What are Shifts with Matching Roles?
If the Volunteer has added some Roles to their profile this filter will show where a Role is matching a Shift.
What are Shifts with Matching Qualifications?
If the Volunteer has added Qualifications to their profile, this filter shows where the qualifications match a Shift.
