What are the Shift-based Rostering Filters?
Rostering Filters from the Staff Tab include Best Matched Shifts, Shifts with Matching Roles and Shifts with Matching Qualifications.
When Rostering from the Staff Tab, there are 3 major Rostering Filters, for more information on the specific filter, click on the Orange question mark
What are the Best Matched Shifts?
The InitLive system will investigate all Qualifications, Roles and availabilities of the Staff member. If everything is matching a shift, then this shift will be automatically placed as a Best Match. As soon as the Staff member is having 1 conflict, the shift will not be a Best Match anymore.
What are Shifts with Matching Roles?
If the Staff member has added some Roles to his profile this filter will show where a Role is matching a Shift.
What are Shifts with Matching Qualifications?
If the Staff member has added Qualifications to his profile this filter will show where the qualifications are matching a Shift.
