Formatting your Phone Number
If you want to be contacted by phone, make sure the number you entered is formatted correctly.
All phone numbers should follow the E.164 international telephone numbering plan. In order to get app notifications and other communication to your phone, you will have to make sure your number is in line with E.164. To ensure that it is, you can follow the format outlined below:
The standard format is a '+' followed by the country code and the subscriber number. Your phone number should look similar to the following example.
[+] [Country Code] [Subscriber Number including area code]
+ 54 1147840932
This format is the best way to record your phone number in Bloomerang Volunteer. You can also add periods, dashes, or spaces to separate each section of the number.
