What is the Attendance Kiosk?

The Attendance Kiosk allows staff/volunteers to perform check-ins and outs without using the mobile app. The Kiosk can be loaded on a computer or a tablet and located in a designated area for the staff/volunteers to access. The Kiosk is great for Managers who want their users to check in and out of their Shifts and Opportunities but want to eliminate the need to download and use the Mobile app. 

When users approach the Kiosk, they will have a login page to enter their email and password. 

After entering their email and password, the user will be presented with the shifts they have scheduled for that day. If no Shifts appear for a user, they are not scheduled and would need to be added to or signup for the Shift to Clock-in. 

If the Opportunity is using General check-in, the name of the Opportunity will be listed instead of a Shift. 

Once the user chooses the Clock-in or Check-in for the Shfit or Opportunity, they will be presented with a confirmation page to ensure they selected the correct action. 

After confirming that they did want to clock in or check-in, the user will receive a pop-up to let them know the action was successful, and they will be logged out. The automatic log out once the action has been taken ensures that staff/volunteers only take action on their account. Also, since they need to log in to see their shifts and opportunities, it ensures that all staff/volunteers' personal information is not displayed on a check-in form or being seen by someone performing check-ins as a Checkin Administrator. 

At the end of the Shift or day, the staff/volunteers will go back to the Kiosk and log in again, but this time will be presented with the Shift or Opportunity they are currently logged into, with an option to Check-out. After selecting the check-out option, they will again receive a pop-up to let them know it was successful, and they will be logged out. 

 The Attendance Kiosk is included in some subscriptions and can be purchased as an add-on if not included in your current one.
