How do I tell if I already have an Account?
To find out if you already have an account with InitLive you can try to log in with the email account that would have been used as your username from the Public Page of the Organization or Opportunity that you are looking to sign up for. When you select the signup button you will be prompted to enter your email address, if that email address exists in the system you will be prompted to enter your password. If you have forgotten the password, there is an option to request a password reset link.
If the email entered does not exist in the system you will be prompted with the new account creation pop-up.
