How does InitLive calculate the total amounts worked for Account-Based groups?

As an Event-Manager you can track the total amount of hours worked by an Account-Based group. An Account-Based group can be scheduled in multiple different shifts. We track their information as follows:

 

Ex. “The InitLive Group” will be participating in the event with 5 members of the family.

Chris: Worked from 9-12 PM, total hours: 3

Melissa Worked from 9-12 PM, total hours: 3

Debbie : Worked from 9-12 PM, total hours: 3

Brendan: Worked from 9-12 PM, total hours: 3

Wally: Worked from 9-12 PM, total hours: 3
