How Do I Edit Group Shift Totals?
After scheduling a number-based group the Event Manager can change the total number of users in a shift. This allows Managers to modify shift totals as needed. The total can be edited from the Group Tab by selecting the Group Title and the Schedule tab from within the Pop-up. There is a blue pencil icon that allows the Manager to edit the total, as well as a red x to unschedule the group completely from the shift.
The same method can be done from within the Shift Pop-up under the Role details tab.
