How do I Clock In Group Members on a Shift?

InitLive is now Bloomerang Volunteer—a new name, a new look, and a new integration. Bloomerang Volunteer works just like InitLive. You can do everything you always do, and in the same way.

See what's changed.

If the Shift Clock-in setting has been enabled for the Event, the Clock-in buttons will always display beside a user’s Shift.

Clocking-in Account-Based Groups

When an Account-Based Group Member is clocked in to their shift, the interface will behave as normal with no additional prompts. Detailed hours worked reports and activity logs by will account for Account-Based Groups.

Clock-ing in Number-Based Group

When a Number-Based Group Member is clocked in to their shift, the interface will prompt the user to fill in the total amount of Group Members. Group members can be clocked in or out in any order, however, the total amount of clock-ins cannot surpass the Group’s total amount of dedicated users.

Tip: If you need to clock in more Group members than the total you can record the final total as a Note on the Group Leader’s profile.
