Why are my Answers already populated on the Form?

Organization Form Questions only need to be answered once.

If any of the Organization Form Questions are used in an Opportunity, and the answers have been filled at the Organization level, and those answers will populate in the Opportunity. Alternatively, if users were imported into the system, the Organization Manager may have pre-entered answers with the import.
