What is a Form?
When signing up for an Organization for Opportunity, you will most likely be asked to fill out Form Questions so that the Manager can get to know more about you. These Forms will typically contain questions pertinent to the Organization or Opportunity that will help the Manager make decisions on the Roles and Shifts that you will be assigned.
