View or Edit Custom Question Responses
View and track a volunteer’s custom question responses across multiple opportunities from the volunteer’s organization profile.
To view and edit custom question responses:
- Select My Organizations.
- Select your organization.
- Select Volunteers.
- Select a volunteer.
- In the volunteer’s profile, click Custom Question Responses. By default, the volunteer’s custom question responses for the organization appear.
- Select Organization-Level Responses or a specific opportunity from the drop-down list.
- The volunteer’s form question responses appear for the selected option. To edit a custom question response, click Edit.
Note: Only opportunities that the volunteer is signed up for appear in the drop-down list.
