Delete Your Account

You can delete your own account unless you are a primary manager for an opportunity.

After you delete your account, you can no longer log in. Bloomerang Volunteer removes you from all your organizations, opportunities, and scheduled shifts. All data associated with your account is permanently deleted, including your availability, hours worked, and personally identifiable information in waiver agreements such as signatures.

Warning: If you have both a volunteer and an admin account, and you delete one of your accounts, your data is permanently deleted from both accounts. Bloomerang Volunteer cannot restore deleted accounts or data.

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Log in to Bloomerang Volunteer at https://volunteer.bloomerang.co/admin/#/.
  2. Click your profile icon Profile icon that shows the first letter of the name on the account..
  3. Select My Profile.
  4. Click Delete My Account.
  5. When asked whether you are sure, type Delete and then click Delete.
    Your account is permanently deleted. No further action is required.

If you try to log in to a deleted account, Bloomerang Volunteer prompts you to create a new account. If you use the email address associated with your previous account to create a new account, the new account does not include your deleted data.
