What is the Template Library?
The emails you send to Staff/Volunteers can be saved as a template for future use and are stored in your Template Library.
The Template Library will be where your custom email templates will be stored. You also have access to the Template Library at the Organization level, in the Email Communications tab. Any and all email templates that you save will be stored here. You can create new templates within this library, along with editing the contents or the settings of a template and even add similar templates to a folder. You can delete templates as well but it is always important to note that once a template is deleted it cannot be recovered.
