What is the Calendar view?
The Calendar View can be displayed in Month View, Week View, Day View and Hourly View.
The purpose of this view is to show the physical Schedule blocks against a timeline. This visualization helps managers quickly identify gaps or discrepancies in the Schedule.
Month View
Month View is best used for Event Managers running few Shifts across many days, or, Event Managers who have created a Schedule that is several months long.
Week View
Week View is best used for small & medium-sized Events with an average number of Shifts.
Day View
Day View is best used for large Events with many Shifts in a day.
Hourly Views
Hourly Views are best used for large Events with many Shifts in a day. This is also a great breakdown for a “day of”/ real-time tracking.
