What is Live, Upcoming, and Past Opportunities?

Within your Organization, there are 3 different states your Opportunity could be in; Live, Upcoming, and Past.

An Upcoming Opportunity is before the schedule or program starts. The Opportunity isn't live and will become live when it is within the date and time range that has been set for the Opportunity.

A live Opportunity is when the Opportunity, schedule, or program is happening in real-time and is within the date and time range that has been set for the Opportunity. The Opportunity should be populated with lots of data such as staff, schedules, shifts, etc.

A Past Opportunity is after the Opportunity, schedule or program has finished. After the Opportunity has passed, access to reports and analyzing the data collected during the opportunity such as hours worked and attendance history is still available.
