What is Live, Upcoming, and Past Opportunities?

Within your Organization, an Opportunity could have one of three states: Live, Upcoming, and Past.

Upcoming Opportunity

  • Before the schedule or program starts.
  • The Opportunity isn't live and will become live when it is within the date and time range that has been set for the Opportunity.

Live Opportunity

  • The Opportunity, schedule, or program is happening in real-time and is within the date and time range that has been set for the Opportunity.
  • The Opportunity should be populated with lots of data such as volunteers, schedules, shifts, etc.

Past Opportunity

  • After the Opportunity, schedule, or program has finished.
  • You are able to access to reports and analyze the data collected during the opportunity, including hours worked and attendance history.
