What is Live, Upcoming, and Past Opportunities?
Within your Organization, an Opportunity could have one of three states: Live, Upcoming, and Past.
Upcoming Opportunity
- Before the schedule or program starts.
- The Opportunity isn't live and will become live when it is within the date and time range that has been set for the Opportunity.
Live Opportunity
- The Opportunity, schedule, or program is happening in real-time and is within the date and time range that has been set for the Opportunity.
- The Opportunity should be populated with lots of data such as volunteers, schedules, shifts, etc.
Past Opportunity
- After the Opportunity, schedule, or program has finished.
- You are able to access to reports and analyze the data collected during the opportunity, including hours worked and attendance history.
