What is Group Splitting?
Group Splitting gives Managers the ability to split up number-based groups across multiple Shift Roles. When scheduling a number-based group the Manager is presented with a pop-up where they can decide how many group members to schedule into a specific Shift Role.
The Manager can also edit the Group Shift Role totals from several different locations, as needed. These locations are:
- Group Tab within the Group Pop-up
- From the Shift Pop-up within the Schedule Tab
- Group Pop-up from the Volunteer List
