What is a session?
When you log into your Bloomerang Volunteer account, this creates a Web Session within the system. This session consists of all the actions that you take while working within Bloomerang Volunteer. For security reasons there is typically a maximum length that is set for any Web Session, which at the end of that session you would be required to log back in or renew your session.
Bloomerang Volunteer has a 48 hour session timer once you have logged in. If you are working within the system near the end of your session timer, you will receive a banner notification 30 minutes before the 48 hours is up that allows you to renew and reminds you to save any work before the session expires and you are logged out.
