What is a Role?
Roles are the Tasks/Jobs/Roles that are needed for the Shifts.
These are the Tasks/Jobs/Roles that are needed for the Shifts. During the Signup workflow, you may be presented with a list of Roles to choose from, or you will select the Shift Roles during the Shift selection step. You can be signed up for multiple Roles within an Opportunity if the Manager has not set a limit during signup. Some Roles may be assigned to you by the Manager instead of selecting them yourself.
