What is a basic user?
InitLive is now Bloomerang Volunteer—a new name, a new look, and a new integration. Bloomerang Volunteer works just like InitLive. You can do everything you always do, and in the same way.
This is the default setting for when a user is added to the Organization and is the lowest permission level. These users are most often referred to as Staff and/or Volunteers and do not have any administrative capabilities. Please Note: Basic users can retain their status and also be assigned Opportunity Manager, Role Manager, Shift Supervisor & Check-in Administrator capabilities in specific Opportunities.
