What does "Application Pending" mean in the Organization?
Users can gain access into the Organization and become an official Organization Member in two ways: they can be automatically approved when they signup, or, they can be manually approved by an Administrator.
If you see that you have a pending application in the system it means that an Organization that you have signed up for has a manual approval process. This means that the Organization Manager will review your profile, form questions, qualifications, etc, and determine whether or not you are able to be a part of the Organization. Once approved you will either receive an email notification or see that you are now a part of the Organization the next time you log into Bloomerang Volunteer.
