What are the different types of Shift Waitlisting?
There are three types of Shift Waitlisting that can be enabled on any Role within a Shift. These different types are;
Block Waitlist Overflow
- The Scheduled Role will be marked as Full once the Signup Limit has been reached.
Allow Waitlist Overflow
- The Scheduled Role will change to a Waitlist state once the Signup Limit has been reached.
- Staff/Volunteers will sign up directly to the Waitlist.
