Using the Mobile App (Administrator)
What are Special Links?
Administrators have the ability to insert pre-populated links in their emails to Volunteers.
Special links are pre-populated links that make it easier for an administrator to choose and insert frequently used links for their emails, such as invitation links, links to staff training, and invitations to download The Bloomerang Volunteer mobile application.
Add Special Links to your emails to easily send Volunteers links that are frequently used. You can do so by selecting the Special Link drop-down, and choosing the link to add to your email.
You have the ability to send links with Invitations to the Organization, Opportunity, and as well as Shift Selection. You can also send links that bring you to download the Mobile App for both iOS and Android users. And lastly, you can send them links to training, which include Volunteer articles, training videos, and the Role Manager course.
