What are Personalization Fields?
These fields are used to insert unique user data from your mailing list into emails.
Personalization Fields populate the email you send with the personal information relevant to the person you are sending it to. For example, if you send an email using the "First Name" field, it will show each individual who receives the email's first name.
Personalization Fields customize each individual email and make the emails you send to volunteers more personal.
Adding a Personalization Field into an email allows you to include a volunteer's first and last name, Organization or Opportunity name, and other relevant data to a Volunteer.
