What are Opportunity and Shift Tags?
Managers are able to apply Tags to both Opportunities and Shifts when they are creating them. These Tags allow the Manager to identify important data about those Opportunities and Shifts. For example, the Manager can apply a Tag to an Opportunity that identifies what area of interest that specific Opportunity is about. They can also use Tags to identify Shifts in the same way. A Shift Tag may identify any number of important information related to the Shift. When selecting Shifts, if Tags have been used by the Manager, you are able to filter the Shifts by Tag.
