      InitLive is now Bloomerang Volunteer

      InitLive is now Bloomerang Volunteer—a new name, a new look, and a new integration.

      Bloomerang Volunteer works just like InitLive. You can do everything you always do, and in the same way. You’ll notice the new name, logo, icon, and colors in the web, mobile, and kiosk apps. We have new email addresses and app store profiles, too.

      In the Integrations settings, find the new integration with Bloomerang. Bloomerang is a robust donor management system (DMS) that connects to Bloomerang Volunteer.

      Name and Logo

      The new name appears in all of the apps, automated system emails, your communication to staff (SMS, email, and broadcast messages), and email templates.

      The new logo includes a green three-leaf clover and the name Bloomerang Volunteer.

      Colors

      To help you find your way around, some pages and elements have new colors.

      In the navigation menu, the Home icon is now a white three-leaf clover.

      Email Addresses

      All email addresses now use the bloomerang.com domain.

      For example, when we send you authentication emails, and when you send broadcast messages to staff, those messages come from bloomerang.com email addresses.

      App Store Profiles

      There are new profiles in the Apple Store, Google Play Store, and Salesforce AppExchange. To find the apps, search for Bloomerang Volunteer. Apps now use the Bloomerang Volunteer logo:

      Your staff who already have the InitLive app do not have to download a new version. The apps continue to work and will update automatically. After the update, the new name and logo appear in the apps.

      The original app store URLs also continue to work.

      Integration

      Bloomerang Volunteer integrates with Bloomerang donor management. When you purchase a Bloomerang donor management subscription and enable the integration, these connected systems exchange volunteer-related information.
