Using the Mobile App (Administrator)
I created an Opportunity in the wrong Primary Language. Can it be changed?
To change the primary language of an Opportunity, the Opportunity Manager can select the desired language from the Language Settings Tool. To select the Primary Language, click the yellow star icon above the language title, which prompts the Opportunity Manager to confirm the change. The Primary Opportunity Language no longer displays as the newly selected one.
Tip: When using the Language Settings Tool on either a PC or a Mac there are shortcut keys to quickly navigate the columns. Using these shortcuts will make it easier to view and enter language strings. To move horizontally you can use the “Tab” key and to move vertically within a text box you can use “Shift+Enter”.
