How to Set Default Shift State?
Managers are able to set a default Shift State from the General Settings tab under Shift and Schedule Settings. By setting the default Shift State, all Shifts that are made will be either in Draft or Published State.
- If the schedule needs to be finalized with edits after restoring volunteers into Shift Roles, set default state to Draft
- If volunteers will be signing up for Shifts during the signup workflow, then set default state to Published.
