How does Bloomerang Volunteer calculate the total amounts worked for Number-Based groups?
As a Manager you can track the total amount of hours worked by Number-Based group. A Number Based group will always attend the same shift, this information will be tracked as follows:
Ex. “The Jones Family” will be participating in the event with 4 members of the family.
Member 1: Worked from 9-12 PM, total hours: 3
Member 2: Worked from 9-12 PM, total hours: 3
Member 3: Worked from 9-12 PM, total hours: 3
Member 4: Worked from 9-12 PM, total hours: 3
This gives us a total of 12 hours worked.
