How do I unlock my Account?

InitLive is now Bloomerang Volunteer—a new name, a new look, and a new integration. Bloomerang Volunteer works just like InitLive. You can do everything you always do, and in the same way.

In the case that you have attempted to enter a username and password 20 times that was incorrect, your account will be locked until 2 am EST the following day. At that time you will be able to try entering your username and password again. 

If you have locked your account and have a time sensitive matter and need to get into the system, contact supportvms@bloomerang.com during regular business hours to have your account unlocked. You will be required to provide some verification for your account in order to have it unlocked.
