How do I unlock my Account?
In this article:
Why Was My Account Locked?
Your Bloomerang Volunteer account will be locked after 20 unsuccessful login attempts.
Your account will be automatically unlocked at 2:00 AM on the following day, Eastern Standard Time.
Tip: To avoid being locked out of your account, click Forgot your password? after a few unsuccessful login attempts, before you receive the account lockout message.
How Do I Unlock My Account?
If you need to unlock your account before this time, or if your account does not unlock at 2:00 AM the following day, email supportvms@bloomerang.com. In your email, include the email address that you use to sign into Bloomerang Volunteer. Your email will be processed during regular business hours.
