How do I unlock my Account?
In the case that you have attempted to enter a username and password 20 times that was incorrect, your account will be locked until 2 am EST the following day. At that time you will be able to try entering your username and password again.
If you have locked your account and have a time sensitive matter and need to get into the system, you can reach out to support@initlive.com during regular business hours to have your account unlocked. You will be required to provide some verification for your account in order to have it unlocked.
