How do I Schedule Number-Based Groups during an Opportunity?
Group Leaders of Number-Based Groups will be tagged with the number of Volunteers they are representing (the total group members will be listed under their name).
The members of Number-Based Groups can be split or divided across Shifts and will always be scheduled into Shifts together.
For Example, The Brown Family of 4 can be broken up into two groups of two.
To place a Number-Based Group into a Shift, simply select the Group Leader and select the number of group members to be scheduled into the Shift Role after that follow the standard Rostering protocols. The Group Leader will always claim the appropriate amount of spots in the Shift.
For Account-Based Groups, this will be used in the same way as individuals get scheduled during the event.
