How do I grant Read Only permissions?
If you are an Organization Manager and would like to grant Read Only access to your Organization to another user, you can do this from within a user's profile pop-up.
When you open someone's profile from the Organization Staff list, there is a tab along the left hand side for permissions. Once there you will want to switch the user from a Basic User or Opportunity Manager to an Organization Manager. Once you have toggled the Organization Manager option there is another toggle to make that account a Read Only one. Once they are set as Read Only you can also choose whether or not they are able to send messages and Broadcasts from the system, and whether or not they are allowed to export data and reports.
