How do I remove people from a group?
As a Manager
There are two ways to remove a volunteer from a Group.- Bulk Action
On the Volunteer Tab, you can choose to remove volunteers from their groups through the bulk-action feature. - Individually
Inside the Group details Popup, under the Group Members Tab, you can remove a volunteer individually by hovering over their Row and selecting the Red “x” beside their name.
Note: Group Leaders cannot be removed from a Group. If you need to remove a group leader, you must delete the entire group first.
As a Volunteer
Once a volunteer has committed to a group, they cannot remove themselves from the group. They must contact the Opportunity Manager to do it for them.
