How do I create an Email Template?
Administrators can save outgoing emails as templates to reuse.
Once you have written the email, use the "Save as New" button to save the template to use again in the future. You'll have access to all of your saved templates via the "Choose a Template" feature.
After pressing the 'Save as New" button you will be able to set a title, description, and set the privacy setting for the Template. The title and description are extremely useful if the privacy is set to public and other managers will be able to access and use the Template.
