How do I claim my Account?
In most cases, users create their own accounts when they start using Bloomerang Volunteer, but in some cases, the Manager of an Organization or Opportunity will add their volunteers into the system ahead of signup. In this case, the accounts exist but are unclaimed. If the Manager has entered your email address into the system you will either be prompted to create a password when you attempt to log in, this is the case if you receive an invitation email.
If you do not receive an invitation email and are trying to sign up from a registration link that has been emailed or shared with you, after entering your email address you will be sent a verification code, via the email address you have used, and once that verification code is entered you can now create a password and complete the signup process.
