How do I Auto-Tag Qualifications?

Managers can add an Qualification to a sub-question using the Auto-Tag feature. The Manager can select the Auto-Tag and then choose from all Organization Qualifications in a pop-up to add them as an Auto-Tag. At the Organization level only Qualifications can be used with the Auto-Tag feature.
