Does the system automatically translate my Opportunity?
The system will not automatically translate any custom entry fields. Any system fields and templates will be translated into the language chosen for the Opportunity. To add additional languages the Opportunity Manager will have to use the Language Settings Tools to add in language strings. This can be done directly within the system, or you can export the chart and then import it once everything has been added.
Tip: When using the Language Settings Tool on either a PC or a Mac there are shortcut keys to quickly navigate the columns. Using these shortcuts will make it easier to view and enter language strings. To move horizontally use the “Tab” key and to move vertically within a text box use “Shift+Enter”.
