Can Staff/Volunteers see Shift Tags?

Organization and Opportunity Tags can be applied to Shifts at the Opportunity level. Depending on the visibility of the Tag Category, Staff and Volunteers will be able to see those Tags when selecting or reviewing Shifts. In order for the Tags to be visible to Staff/Volunteers when applied to Shifts, the Category must be set to visible.
