Can I remove validated email addresses?
Any emails that have been validated can be deleted to ensure they are no longer available to be used when sending emails from InitLive. A Manager will need to go to the Email Communications tab at either Organization or Opportunity level, depending on where the email was originally validated, and select the delete icon beside the email and confirm they wish to delete the email.
If the deleted email needs to be used again, it will need to be re-validated.
