Can I remove a volunteer from an Opportunity at the Organization level?
Organization Managers can remove users from Opportunities using the Opportunities tab within their profile pop-up. To access a volunteer's profile pop-up, a manager must click on their name from the Organization volunteer list. Once the profile is open, the Manager can navigate to the opportunities tab along the left-hand side. This tab will display the Opportunities that a user has upcoming by default but can be switched to show Past, All, or a custom date range of Opportunities. Using the Take Action dropdown beside an Opportunities name, the Manager can remove the user from the Opportunity completely, which will also remove them from any Roles and Shifts they may have within that specific Opportunity.
