Can I move someone from the Waitlist to Scheduled at the Organization level?
If a user has joined a Waitlist, this will be visible within their profile Schedule tab at the Organization level. A Manager can go into a user's Schedule tab and move them from the Waitlist to being Scheduled and vice versa for any listed Shifts, as long as the Waitlist is enabled for that Shift.
To move a user from the Waitlist to Scheduled, the Manager must use the Actions dropdown within the Waitlist tab for that Shift. Once the user has been Scheduled, the Shift will appear in the Scheduled tab instead of the Waitlist tab.
