Can I Move Someone from the Waitlist to Scheduled at the Organization Level?
If a volunteer has joined a waitlist, they appear on the Schedule tab in the volunteer’s organization profile. When the waitlist is enabled for a shift, an organization manager can go into the Schedule tab to move the volunteer from the waitlist to the opportunity schedule (or from the schedule to the waitlist).
To move a user from the waitlist to the opportunity schedule, click the Actions drop-down list within the Waitlist tab for that shift. Once the user is scheduled, the shift appears in the Scheduled tab instead of the Waitlist tab.
