- Curated learning paths that cover broad topics in depth.
- Short, self-paced courses with walk-throughs that help you complete specific tasks.
- Live online training sessions and recordings of previous sessions.
Bloomerang Learning courses, learning paths, and training sessions are available for Bloomerang CRM, Bloomerang Volunteer, and Fundraising.

Your Invitation Email
You need an invitation email to set up an account at Bloomerang Learning. Check your email for a message with the following information:
- Sender Name: Bloomerang Learning
- Sender Address:
no-reply@northpass.com
- Subject: You’ve been invited to Bloomerang Learning!
Note: Invitation emails were sent to all existing customers on September 5, 2024. Organizations new to Bloomerang are sent invitation emails during onboarding.
How Do I Get an Invitation?
If you or a teammate need an invitation email, please contact us and we will send or resend an invitation. If your organization:
- Is currently onboarding: Contact your Onboarding Specialist.
- Has completed onboarding and/or became a customer before September 2024: Contact Bloomerang Support.
Activate Your Bloomerang Learning Account
Activate your Bloomerang Learning account to access learning paths and courses:
- From your email tool, open the invitation email.
- Click Activate Your Account.
- Enter your profile information:
- First name.
- Last name.
- (Optional) Display name.
- Password: Choose a password.
- (Optional) Profile photo.
- Click Save Profile.
Note: Your Bloomerang Learning account is separate from other accounts you use to log into Bloomerang products or work with Bloomerang Support.
Getting Around Bloomerang Learning
To access Bloomerang Learning:
- Log into Bloomerang Volunteer.
- From the upper right corner, click Help

- From the menu, select Bloomerang Learning.
Once you’re signed in to Bloomerang Learning, there are a few areas you can access from the main menu:
- Home: Your entry point into Bloomerang Learning.
- View notifications when new course materials or updates are available.
- Click a product to see featured courses and a list of all courses available for that product. The Featured Courses list is updated periodically to help you stay up-to-date on new and timely learning opportunities.
- Dashboard: A personalized view of learning paths assigned to you, progress on your courses, and (coming soon) upcoming events you’ve registered for.
- Learning Paths: All available learning paths for all products. Click View on a learning path to see more information and click Start Path to begin learning.
- Catalog: Displays all available courses. Click View on a course to see more information and enroll.
- Events: Register for live online training sessions and view recordings of previous sessions.
Tips
Filter by Product
Bloomerang Learning contains courses and learning paths for all Bloomerang products, including products your organization may not be licensed for currently. Filter by product to show only courses or learning paths for a specific product.
Updated Courses Display an Indicator
A blue exclamation mark icon appears next to course titles when a course you’ve previously viewed is updated. Revisit updated courses to make sure you’re up-to-date on the latest concepts, features, and workflows.
Getting Started Learning Paths
Getting Started learning paths contain introductory courses to help you get oriented and familiar with key topics and tasks. We recommend that you complete these courses if your organization is new to Bloomerang or if you are new to Bloomerang products. They are also a great refresher resource.
- If your organization is new to Bloomerang, Getting Started learning paths are assigned to you during onboarding and appear on your Dashboard. We encourage you to complete them as soon as possible.
- For everyone else, no introductory learning paths are assigned to you. Access them from Learning Paths and look for paths titled “Getting Started with...” or search for
