What is Group Splitting?
Group Splitting gives Event Managers the ability to split up number-based groups across multiple Shift Roles. When scheduling a number-based group the Event Manager will be presented with a pop-up where they can decide on how many group members to schedule into a specific Shift Role.
The Event Manager is also able to edit the Group Shift Role totals from several different locations if needed. These locations are;
- Group Tab within the Group Pop-up
- From the Shift Pop-up within the Schedule Tab
- Group Pop-up from the Staff List
